What: Print-making and Acrylic Painting workshops

Why: To create holiday gifts or just have a good time!
Ping Khaw, MediaRites' graphic artist, will teach two 2-hour workshops on Saturday, December 4th.
From 10am - 12pm, Print-making.
These techniques are usually reserved for upper-level art students, but you'll learn them in
one day! Use print-making tools and image transfer techniques to create black and white prints.
Make beautiful pictures, suitable for framing or greeting cards. No experience required!
Cost: $40 - All supplies provided - including mounting materials.
From 1:30pm - 3:30pm, Acrylic Painting.
Ever wondered how professional artists make those stunning gallery displays? You'll make one too after
this class! Use acrylic paint to create floral designs or a still life painting. Simple and effective instructions
will guide you through the process, and you will create a beautiful piece of art by the end of the class.
Cost: $40 - All supplies provided except the canvas. Please bring one, not to exceed 24" x 36" or call in advance
